Kioloa Beach is a breezy 4-minute walk from your door, with the golden curve of Merry Beach just a little further on. Swim, surf, wander the coastal tracks of Murramarang National Park, or take a short drive to Milton for great food, local wine and boutique shopping.

The property is fully fenced for privacy, with generous off-street parking and secure space for a boat or trailer and an EV charger is also available for use on site. Everything is set up so you can settle straight into holiday mode.
